Fredrik Kocon and Patricio Silva have, as founders, initiated the establishment of Comptelligence Foundation insamlingsstiftelse in Sweden.

The purpose of the Foundation is to promote knowledge, research, education and societal development relating to the interaction between human intelligence and artificial intelligence, and to contribute to the ethical, social and technological sustainability of future intelligent systems.

The Foundation will in particular seek to:

• promote education and the dissemination of knowledge
• support research and development projects
• initiate and support collaboration between academia, business, the public sector and civil society
• promote the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence
• support initiatives that strengthen the interaction between people and technology

Through this public appeal, we invite individuals, companies, organisations and other stakeholders to support the Foundation’s purpose through financial contributions and donations.

Funds received as a result of this appeal will constitute part of the Foundation’s independent assets and will be managed exclusively in furtherance of the Foundation’s defined and long-term purpose, in accordance with its foundation instrument.

Within the scope of the Foundation’s purpose, funds raised may be used to support education and knowledge-sharing initiatives, research and development projects, scholarships and grants, as well as other initiatives and collaborations that contribute to a responsible and sustainable interaction between people and artificial intelligence.

A financial contribution to the Foundation does not constitute membership or ownership and does not give the donor any right to influence the Foundation or the management of its assets.

A contribution does not create any automatic entitlement to consideration, commercial collaboration, future engagements, services or any other benefit in return.

Comptelligence Foundation insamlingsstiftelse is currently being established and is intended to be registered with the County Administrative Board of Skåne (Länsstyrelsen Skåne), Sweden.
